Dr. Rose Wellness is the practice brand of Dr. Rosita Fatemi, ND, operating in British Columbia under the registered business name Dr. Rosita Fatemi ND. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to this practice.

Appointment links direct you to the relevant clinic’s booking system, including Jane booking pages for United Health, Gilmore Wellness Clinic, and iCare Beauty Clinic. Information submitted there is handled within the clinic’s booking account and may include contact, appointment, intake, and billing details. Clinical records are maintained through the relevant practice or clinic systems, rather than this informational website. Each organization has responsibilities for information under its control. Using a clinic’s system or Jane does not remove Dr. Fatemi’s own privacy and professional responsibilities. Contact us if you need help identifying the appropriate contact for your records.

Sharing and protecting information

We share personal information only as appropriate for the purposes explained here, with your consent, or as permitted or required by law. Recipients may include the clinic involved in your care and providers supporting website hosting, email, and analytics.
